Aim: Finding DNA in a kiwi fruit
Method:
- Mush half a kiwi fruit in a zip lock bag with a splash f water and a small teaspoon of salt.
- Srain the solution through a cloth into a beaker.
- Add a squirt of dish washing liquid and stir.
- Pour into the test tube.
- P;ace the test tube in a beaker filled with WARM water.
- Slowly pour 5 ml of mentholated spirits down the side of the test tube.
